The Prime Minister of the Government of National Unity, Abdul Hamid Dbeibeh, spoke during the February 17 ceremony, saying: « Starting next Sunday, we will distribute 50,000 plots of land to young people throughout Libya, and we will also start with the needy first. Every young man will take a piece of land, as the savings bank will take care of giving loans to build homes above ground ».
He added: « We will distribute 100,000 apartments in the stalled projects, and they will be given to young people, as well as giving loans to supplement the apartments, adding regarding the Marriage Support Fund continuing without interruption ».
He continued: « I will make health insurance for all Libyans in stages, as we will start with the elderly first, as all Libyans will have health care and health insurance without paying the right to medicines and treatment ».
