The Chairman of the Directors Board of Libyan Post, Telecommunication & IT Holding Company, Rajab Khalil, held a meeting with the Chairman of the Directors Board of the Libyana Mobile Phone Company, Abdel-Moneim Al-Hajaji, at the headquarters of the Holding Company on Zawia Street, in the presence of the head of the company’s supervisory board.
During the meeting, the current situation in the company was discussed and all difficulties were demonstrated to enable Libyana board of directors to carry out its duties in the required manner. He urged them to work in a team spirit in accordance with the legislation in force in the Libyan laws and the company’s articles of association.
He also dealt with discussing many issues of concern to the sector and the possibility of developing services and delivering them to all eligible customers and Libyan citizens.
The designated Chairman of the Directors Board also met at the company’s headquarters on Zawia Street the Chairman of the Directors Board of the Hatif Libya company. The meeting focused on the need to complete the existing projects according to the agreed timetable.
The appointed LPTIC Chairman of the Directors Board stressed the need for there to be complete coordination with the Operations Department in managing and overcoming all difficulties and setting up a program that facilitates cooperation between the sector companies under the auspices of the Holding Company and in full coordination with the heads of the boards of directors.
