The General Union of Oil and Gas Workers denounces the failure to include their sector in the increases approved by Dbeibeh

The General Union of Oil and Gas Workers Libya denounced what was addressed by the Prime Minister of the Government of National Unity, Abdul Hamid Dbeibeh, during the celebration of the seventeenth of February revolution.

According to the union, Dbeibeh issued several decisions, including increasing the salaries of other sectors, and did not address the decision to increase the salaries of workers in the oil sector.

They also called on the subsidiary unions of the companies to come out and express these irresponsible behaviors from the Prime Minister, as a result of which workers in the oil sector will have escalatory measures that affect the progress of production operations in the sector.
