On Tuesday, the head of the Reconstruction and Stabilization Committee, Hatem Al-Aribi, confirmed that the company executing the project to complete the Benghazi Sports City Stadium, on March 28, has actually started field preparation works for the works site, which will be followed by the completion works in the coming days.
This came during a tour conducted by Al-Aribi with the company executing the project after it stopped working in 2011. He was briefed on the logistical and technical equipment, which includes an administrative site, a residence for workers, and a site for the executive and construction works of the project, to start the work of completing the stadium.
Al-Aribi confirmed that the completion of the project will be in accordance with international specifications and standards and under the supervision of a specialized consulting office.
