The Tripoli Administrative Control Authority and Cases Department met to discuss joint cooperation

Today, Tuesday, at the headquarters of the Administrative Control Authority, Tripoli, a meeting was held between the authority and the Cases Department, in the presence of the head of the authority, Suleiman Al-Shanti, the head of the cases management, Khalifa Al-Jahmi, and a number of officials from both sides.

During which it was emphasized the activation of the work of the two communication committees between the two parties formed since 2019 regarding the exchange of information, documents and procedures for the facts of judicial and arbitration cases considered abroad, in order to facilitate the administration’s procedures in pleading with government cases, and to enhance its defenses in arbitration cases related to some settlement agreements issued by the Some state officials in violation of the provisions of the law, and to ensure that the authority obtains all documents related to the investigations it is conducting in this aspect.
