The Libyan mission in Turkey confirmed today, Sunday, that it is conducting contacts at the highest levels with all Turkish government agencies and hospitals, to follow up on the situation of the Libyan community after a bombing incident in Istanbul.
The Libyan Mission in Turkey added that an emergency room was formed at the Consulate General in Istanbul, and several numbers were put under the disposal of Libyan citizens and to provide any assistance needed by the citizens.
The mission confirmed that “the Consulate General contacted all the hospitals that received the wounded, and there is no evidence so far of injuries among our citizens. We ask them to contact the numbers published under their custody and report any case with which contact was lost.”
