Al-Shawish: “Jumhouria Bank seeks to develop its system in order to facilitate banking operations for customers from all cities of Libya”

The Director of the Marketing Department at Jumhouria Bank, Fawzi Al-Shawish, said in a special statement to our source today, Saturday, during the banking forum for business technology at the Corinthia Hotel in the capital, Tripoli, that Jumhouria Bank seeks to develop its system with additional electronic services in order to facilitate banking operations for customers from all cities of Libya.

Al-Shawish explained that the customer can purchase his goods over the phone, which is considered an advanced technology like what we see in developed countries, in addition to the need to move from the traditional bank to the electronic bank of the Central Bank of Libya and other commercial banks to provide timely services to all bank customers.

Al-Shawish added that it is necessary for the bank to provide electronic services to customers without seeking after them and coming to the bank, as the customer’s arrival to the bank occurs in the event of not completing his data or incomplete documents. In case that the customer’s account has complete procedures, he can obtain everything through the phone.
