Al-Hibri to our source: “We will issue a statement tomorrow to respond to what the Central Bank of Tripoli said regarding the counterfeit currency bearing its signature”

The Deputy Governor of the Central Bank of Libya, Ali Al-Habri, told our source today, Thursday, that the Central Bank in Benghazi will issue a statement tomorrow to respond to what came in the letter of the Governor of the Central Bank in Tripoli, Seddiq Al-Kabeer, to the Attorney General regarding the discovery of a counterfeit currency bearing the signature of Al-Hibri.

Al-Kabeer had called on the Public Prosecutor to take legal measures regarding the incident of seizing a counterfeit 50 dinar coin bearing the signature of Deputy Governor Ali Al-Hibri, indicating that it differs from that printed in Russia and that the issuance department at the Central Bank was not able to know the source of this currency and the place where it was printed or its quantity.
