The Director-General of the National Council for Economic and Social Development, Mahmoud Al-Futaisi, said today, Wednesday, that the National Council is not a research center, but rather it is a set of ideas for decision-making and the government takes it with a response from it.
Al-Futaisi stressed that the Audit Bureau is very important for the country and its annual reports have given a great impetus and coherent issues, and that the Development Council intersects with the Bureau to establish an organized work for the Libyan state with regard to the implementation body, and the Council is like a very important arm of this body for setting the policy.
