The Minister of Housing and Construction in the Government of National Unity, Abu Bakr Al-Ghawi, discussed today, Tuesday, in Cairo, with officials of the Egyptian consortium of Orascom Group, Hassan Allam Holding and Rowad Modern Engineering to implement the project to complete the third ring road.
Al-Ghawi identified complementary points to the contract, including the possibility of starting the implementation of the project in stages and according to the available financial allocations, taking into account the time period specified for it and its fragmentation, and in the case of agreement, an appendix to the original contract is prepared and supplemented with it that preserves the contractual terms and obligations of the two parties.
Whereas, the Council of Ministers of the Government of National Unity granted permission to the Ministry of Housing and Utilities Implementation Agency to contract to complete the third ring road in the city of Tripoli, given the importance and priority it represents for the capital, Tripoli and its residents.
