The Chairman of the Board of Directors of the National Oil Corporation, Mustafa Sanalla sent a letter to the Speaker of Parliament, where he expressed his apology for not participating in today’s meeting because it coincided with other scheduled and confirmed dates with the Corporation’s partners in Spain and Germany, and assigning a number of oil company officials to attend the meeting.
