مالية الوفاق: تحذر من التصرف في ودائع السفارات والقنصليات دون تفويض

أعلنت وزارة المالية في منشور عاجل أصدرته اليوم للمراقبين الماليين ومساعديهم بالسفارات والقنصليات والبعثات الدبلوماسية الليبية بالخارج، أنها لاحظت في الفترة الأخيرة قيام البعض بالتصرف في الودائع والأرصدة بالسفارات والقنصليات.

وأكدت الوزارة أن هذا الإجراء يعتبر تعديا صريحا على المال العام، مشيرة إلى أن أي تصرف في الودائع دون تفويض يؤدي للمساءلة القانونية والعقوبات الجنائية.

كما أكدت وزارة المالية أنها ستتخذ كافة الإجراءات القانونية ضد المخالفين وسيتم ايقافهم عن العمل. مطالبة بالإبلاغ الفوري والعاجل عن هذه التجاوزات إن وجدت، وذلك في بيان صدر على صفحتها على فيسبوك.
