أعلن المركز الإعلامي لجهاز الحرس البلدي ببنغازي أن اللجنة المشكلة للتفتيش على الصيدليات قامت بإغلاق عدد منها بعد تسجيل إخلالات، وأحالت المخالفين على وحدة المخالفات والتحقيق بغرفة عمليات الحرس البلدي.
وذكر المركز أن أسباب إغلاق هذه الصيدليات يعود إلى ضبط أدوية منتهية الصلاحية، وإلى عدم وجود إجراءات قانونية لها، إضافة إلى وجود من هم من غير الصيادلة، وذلك وفق بيان صدر على صفحتها الرسمية بفيسبوك .
