The Undersecretary for Economic Affairs discusses the status of basic services in the southern region

The Undersecretary of the Ministry of Economy and Trade for Economic Affairs, Saad Al-Hanaish, held a meeting that included the Director of the Internal Trade Department, Mustafa Gdara, the Head of the Inspection and Consumer Protection Department, Khalifa Balao, the Eastern Economy and Trade Controller, Al-Senussi Abu Hadima, the Economy and Trade Controller, Mohamed Ali, the Economic and Trade Controller of Ghat, Ashraf Al-Ansari, the Economic and Trade Controller of Al-Shweref, Osama Sultan, and the Bakers Syndicate, Boukhris Mohamed.

This was in order to follow up the procedures for establishing fuel stations belonging to Brega Petroleum Marketing Company in various regions of the south, as well as allocating special stations to supply bakeries with diesel fuel, in coordination with the Bakers’ Syndicate. The Undersecretary also directed the supervisors to perform their duties and improve the quality of services in coordination with the relevant authorities.

It is noteworthy to say that Al-Huwaij previously met with Brega Petroleum Marketing Company, the Municipal Guard, the Bakers Syndicate, and the economic and trade monitors in the southern region during the month of August, to discuss the difficulties facing the cities of the south, the level of services and ways to address them.
