Turkey’s ambassador in Libya, Kenan Yilmaz, discussed the reopening of the Turkish consulate in the eastern city of Benghazi in a meeting with Parliament Head Akila Saleh.
Yilmaz visited the city of Benghazi, after receiving an invitation from Saleh, and said that the visit was fruitful.
He added that during the meeting, that he expressed his readiness, when conditions are appropriate, to reopen the general consulate in Benghazi, evaluate the resumption of Turkish Airlines flights to Benghazi, and encourage the companies to complete their unfinished projects.
