The Cabinet of the National Unity Government headed by Abdul Hamid Dbeibeh issued Resolution No. 429 of 2022 authorizing the disbursement of a financial grant.

The decision stipulated that the Ministry of Social Affairs is authorized to disburse a monthly grant of (1,000) one thousand Libyan dinars to each family of the displaced people of the eastern region, in deduction from the amounts transferred to the Ministry for this purpose, to be due from the beginning of January 2022 until the end of the year.
