The Minister of Finance of the Government of National Unity, Khaled Al-Mabrouk, stressed during his meeting today, Sunday, with the Chairman and members of the Finance Committee, the need to finalize the draft general state budget for the year 2023 in its final form, in order to refer it to the Council of Ministers, present and discuss it.
According to the Ministry’s Information Office, the meeting discussed during today’s meeting all the observations received from the parties funded by the public treasury to address them, whether related to Chapters One, Two or Four, stressing the need to study and address all observations and include them to put the state’s general budget for the year 2023 in its final form to serve the public interest.
It is noteworthy that the Finance Committee had held several meetings with the entities funded by the public treasury last September and took all notes to be included in the draft budget proposal for next year.
