The Libyan Audit Bureau, headed by Khaled Shakshak, participated in the INCOSAI 24, the 76th Meeting of the Governing Board of the International Organization of Supreme Audit Institutions, INTOSAI, hosted by the Brazilian city of Rio de Janeiro over a period of three days with the participation of more than 175 SAIs.

 The meetings of the Governing Board of the INTOSAI are held once every three years. It aims to raise the supervisory and professional level of the member organs by issuing professional standards, guidance bulletins and manuals for supervisory work and training between them.

 It is worth noting that the International Organization of Supreme Audit Institutions INTOSAI is a professional organization of the United Nations, established in 1953, and its membership includes supreme audit institutions at the international level.
