The Higher Committee for the implementation of the initiative of the Prime Minister of the National Unity Government for Youth Housing and Families in Need discussed in its meeting yesterday, Sunday, the executive procedures that have been implemented, the regulations and requirements of the Savings Bank in housing lending and the financing process necessary for the initiative and the mechanisms of the implementation process of the initiative, in addition to discussing the readiness of the locally targeted sites for the lending program.

The meeting was attended by the Minister of Housing and Construction in the Government of National Unity, the President of the General Assembly of the Savings and Real Estate Investment Bank, Abu Bakr Al-Ghawi, the Minister of Youth in the government, Fathallah Al-Zani, the Director General of the Savings and Real Estate Investment Bank and a member of the bank’s board of directors, in addition to officials of the Zakat Fund and the Follow-up Committee on the implementation of the initiative.
