The Minister of Health in charge Ramadan Abu Janah held an extensive meeting with the heads and members of the Higher Committee and the Public Tender Practice Committee, to discuss the problems and obstacles that hinder the resumption of bid n° 1/19.

During the meeting, the Supreme Committee and the Practice Committee reviewed the problems and obstacles that prevented it from completing its tasks, in addition to that, the general tender will cover the needs of the Libyan state for specialized medicines, general medicines, medical supplies, laboratory supplies and operators, radiology supplies, dental supplies and orthopedic supplies, which will end the problem of drug shortages in All hospitals, specialized and public health centers.

Abu Janah stressed that the Ministry of Health will support the state’s public giving committees to be able to complete the tasks entrusted to them, as soon as possible, to solve the problem of shortage of medical supply items and to cover the needs of the health sector, by providing a headquarters for them, and supporting them with electronic systems.
