The head of the Bakers Syndicate, Mahmoud Al-Araibi: “The western region has stopped the supply of flour to the city of Benghazi”

The head of the Benghazi Bakers and Mills Syndicate, Mahmoud Al-Araibi, said in a statement to our source that the western region has stopped supplying flour to the city of Benghazi, factories are not operating and there is a shortage of flour in the city of Benghazi.

Al-Araibi explained what concerns the city of Tobruk in his communication with the head of the Bakers’ Syndicate in Tobruk, Moamen Masoud, that there are no problems concerning the lack of flour in Tobruk, but some bakeries were closed due to the high price of 320 per quintal, after it was 280, and the inability of bakery owners to buy it.
