The Chairman of the Preparatory Committee for the Libyan-Tunisian-Algerian Conference confirms : « We hope to come up with a set of legislation and laws through which the Libyan economy is stimulated »

The Chairman of the Preparatory Committee for the Libyan-Tunisian-Algerian Conference towards the Free Economic Transformation and the Digital Economy in Africa, Abdel Samie Muammar, stated: « This conference is a product of the outcomes of a previous conference of the Mediterranean Conference, where we aim through this conference to create a free and diversified economy program for the State of Libya and to cooperate with regional and African countries in this program.

He added : « Libya is characterized by a good geographical location between Europe and Africa, and therefore by finding an investment map and transit routes through Libya that allow the production of more opportunities and dependence on strategic projects, including small and medium projects ».

He continued by saying: « The conference is attended by many international organizations, and Libya is a member of it, including free trade and development zones, and the completion of the public and private sector in the countries of Libya, Tunisia and Algeria. We also hope to come up with a set of legislation and laws through which the Libyan economy is moved ».
