Today, Sunday, the Central Tenders Committee of the Audit Bureau, headed by the Undersecretary of the Bureau, Aladin Al-Msallati, in his capacity as the committee’s chairman, held its seventeenth meeting regarding opening the envelopes for the bid for the supply of computers, where the committee invited representatives of companies that submitted their offers to the Bureau to attend the announcement of prices for all offers through the application zoom.
The bidding committee added the referral of the technical offers to the specialized committee formed to express the technical opinion and the process of differentiation and awarding was conducted, stressing that this shift in managing the bids of the Bureau is within the framework of adherence to the principle of transparency and equal opportunities and enhancing trust between the Bureau and suppliers, whether they are local or international companies.
This is also the first meeting after launching the electronic services platform weeks ago, in the presence of the Director of the General Department of Contract Control as an observer, and the Director of the Information Technology Office to provide logistical support for the session.
