The American ambassador praises the development in the performance of the Central Bank of Libya with regard to financial sustainability and maintaining the strength of the Libyan dinar

The Governor of the Central Bank of Libya, Seddiq Al-Kabeer and his team, concerned project managers and consultants from international experts met today, Friday in Tunis, with the US Ambassador, Richard Norland to review with the United States Agency for International Development (USAID) the development of the partnership between the Libyan and American sides within the technical support program, which was launched In September 2021.

Richard praised the remarkable development in the performance of the Central Bank of Libya with regard to financial sustainability and maintaining the strength of the Libyan dinar in light of a number of local and international crises, and its efforts in developing disclosure and transparency rates and publishing data periodically, as well as combating money laundering and terrorist financing crimes.
