The head of the Tripoli Audit Bureau, Khaled Shakshak, issued correspondence to the Prime Minister, government ministers, heads of authorities, institutions, departments and public companies, regarding compliance with contracting procedures through public tender as a public asset.

The Audit Bureau calls upon all entities subject to its oversight to adhere to the legislation regulating contracting procedures of an administrative aspect, by resorting to the public tender method as a general asset in its contract and not to deviate from that, except in accordance with the justifications stipulated in Article No. 10 of the Administrative Contracts Regulations.
