Serraj handed over power to Libya’s new unity government
The Presidency Council (PC) led by Faiez Serraj just handed over power to Libya’s new unity government headed by PM Dabaiba and PC President al-Mnefi in a ceremony at the Prime Minister’s office in the capital.
