The Minister of Youth in the National Unity Government, Fathallah Al-Zani, stated that « It was agreed to launch the first phase of the Prime Minister’s initiative to house young people and needy families ».

He added: « The first phase of the initiative targets 25,000 beneficiaries, as priority will be given to the neediest groups in terms of apartments ».
