Libyan PM issues a number of resolutions
The Libyan Prime Minister, Abdulhamid Dbaiba, has issued decisions to appoint Abdulkader Al-Saltni as the Chairman of the Board of the Urban Planning Authority (UPA), Saleh Abdullah Ali Hadia as Deputy Minister of Higher Education, and khaled Mohamed Khaled Abdullah as Deputy Minister of Housing and Construction.
