Today, Turkey and Russia called all parties in Libya to stop hostilities and declare a ceasefire at midnight on January 12, after negotiations between Tayyip Erdogan and Vladimir Putin in Istanbul.
In a joint statement, both sides asked to declare a sustainable ceasefire to stabilize the situation in Tripoli and other cities.
