During a televised interview for Libyan WTV channel and Tabadul Platform, the Libyan businessman Husni Bey denied what Jamal Al-Kafali said about buying a land at LD 3,700, describing him as a liar.
Husni Bey said that he received a call from Monsef Al-Huntati about a Tunisian company called “Comaprim” which asked for permission to expand a road with the aim of changing the main entrance and invest a land adjacent to another land that it owns in Soukra.
The businessman also confirmed that he had met with Sabri Kshout and another woman to negotiate, either in December 2019 or early in 2020.
While mentioning his previous experiences in Egypt, Tunisia, and the “Gafsa” incident, Husni Bey stressed that he no longer has confidence in investing in Arab countries.
Bey confirmed that he called Malek Baayou to inquire about the accusations against him, demanding either to deny or confirm them as they were issued by the embassy’s office in Tunis, which is an official body,.
Moreover, he called on Baayou to break the silence, stressing that this latter had adopted a policy of procrastination.
