GECOL announces Saturday’s rolling blackout
The General Electricity Company of Libya (GECOL) stated that the rolling blackout is scheduled to last three hours in Western and Southern Libya on Saturday.
The GECOL also stated that the blackout will last two hours in the Eastern part of Libya.
