Our source at the Central Bank of Libya confirmed in an exclusive statement that an amount of about one billion and 600 million dinars has been transferred from the Ministry of Finance to the account of the Ministry of Social Affairs to disburse the grant for the wife and children, indicating that the matter is currently under procedure pending the completion of correspondence and administrative procedures for disbursing the grant.
It is worth noting that the Prime Minister of the National Unity Government, Abdul Hamid Dbeibeh, instructed the Minister of Social Affairs, Wafa Al-Kilani, to disburse the grant for the third quarter of this year.
