The Director of the Media Office at Jumhouria Bank, Mohamed Saeed, revealed to our source that Jumhouria Bank has launched an SMS service for local cards, as part of the bank’s continuous and diligent efforts to keep pace with technological development and meet the requirements of its customers. The Bank launches a new messaging service 15051 for local cards, Ifaa card and Friend card and Student card.
Mohamed Saeed explained that this service provides a set of electronic services, which include knowing the card balance, activating and stopping it, and revealing the card account. It also enables the customer to inquire about his card balance, obtain his account statement, activate the card for the first time or upon renewing its validity, and stop its validity in case of loss or theft, in addition to other electronic services.
