Abdul Hamid Dbeibeh, the head of the Government of National Unity, said on Saturday in his speech during the opening of the 49th session of the Tripoli International Fair with local and international participation that the progress in holding international exhibitions in Libya and other major events is a clear indicator of the stability Libya has reached, which must be continued and supported, according to him.

Dbeibeh praised the efforts of his government’s Ministry of Economy and its employees, as well as private sector companies, to promote the national economy, stressing that the government is working on developing the General Authority for Exhibitions to return Libya to the map of international investment.

It is worth mentioning that the 49th session of the fair, organized by the General Authority for Exhibitions, is being held from May 7 to May 13, with the participation of 150 local companies and 25 foreign companies from Tunisia, Algeria, Turkey, Malaysia, Indonesia, and Spain, in addition to the American Chamber of Commerce.
