Dbeibeh instructs the need to develop an effective plan to support the private sector in the field of telecommunications

The Prime Minister of the Government of National Unity, Abdul Hamid Dbeibeh, met today, Sunday, with the Chairman of the Directors Board of the Libyan Post Telecommunications & Information Technology Company , Mohamed Ayad, in the presence of the heads of the management committees of the affiliated companies.

The meeting dealt with the discussion of technical and administrative notes by the company’s managers, where it gave instructions for the necessity of developing an effective plan to support the private sector in the field of telecommunications and to involve it in this field.

Dbeibeh stressed the need for competition to be open to all telecommunications companies, as well as ending the state of monopolization, and this has become a necessary reality, in addition to the need to develop the sector in all areas, including postal addressing, and to contribute with the Libyan people in supporting the elections technically and financially so that he can achieve its campaign.
