The Prime Minister of the Government of National Unity, Abdul Hamid Dbeibeh, instructed the ministers of local government, youth, housing and utilities, and a number of heads of government agencies and institutions, regarding the establishment of a mechanism for submitting files to obtain housing loans.

He also issued instructions to determine the unfinished housing units available for distribution, and the administrative and technical controls. Where these instructions came after the initiative launched by Dbeibeh during his participation in the celebrations of the eleventh anniversary of the seventeenth of February revolution.
