The Libyan Prime Minister, Abdul-Hamid Dbaiba, welcomed on Tuesday, in Tripoli, the US Acting Assistant Secretary of State, Joy Hood, in the presence of the Libyan Minister of Foreign Affairs, Najla Al-Manqoush, the Minister of Oil and Gas, Mohammed Aoun, and the US ambassador to Libya, “Richard Norland.”
