The Libyan Prime Minister, Abdulhamid Dbaiba, allocates 7.655 million LYD to the counter-terrorism force working at the GNU’s Sirte-Jufra Operations Room as a reward to its members, as per his agreement with Ibrahim Bayt al-Mal in exchange for opening the Misrata-Abugrein part of the coastal road.
