Who are we?

Tara Company:

Tara Media Production Company has adopted an approach to produce a content that matches its vision of changing the reality through producing TV Shows, documentaries, and digital platforms that are not only independent from any conflicting parties, but that also aim to enlighten the public opinion by exposing corrupt practices, and most importantly by introducing  young people as an alternative, highlighting their initiatives and ideas, defending human values and moving away from hate speech.

Tara has also launched "Ana Al-Libi" Series that aims to look for graduates, in certain specialized fields, who wish to complete their studies abroad or look for fundeing their ideas and enterprises within the projects carried out within this framework:

The series started through launching the "Qudwa" competition, which entered the world of entrepreneurship by presenting young people, their ideas and their small projects.
It was the link between the enterpreneurs and the investors who believed in them and provided them with various forms of support;  financial support,  training or logistical tools that would enable them to develop, in addition to introducing them and marketing their projects.












President of the Presidential Council, Muhammad Almanfi, received today, Tuesday, an American delegation headed by the US Assistant Secretary of State for Near Eastern Affairs, Joey Hood, the US ambassador and the special envoy to Libya, Richard Norland, and a number of US State Department officials .

During the meeting, they reviewed the bilateral relations between the two countries, the course of the political process in Libya, the efforts of national reconciliation and the strengthening of the ceasefire.

Assistant Secretary-General and UNSMIL Coordinator Raisedon Zenenga was reported to have met virtually with representatives of political parties and civil society from all regions of  Libya.

According to a report posted to UNSMIL page, ‘Zenenga conveyed UNSMIL’s interest to hear directly from Libyans on national priorities and on how best the UN can help sustain Libya’s positive trajectory.’

 ‘Participants stressed the importance of taking Libya out of the transitional phase through national elections that must be held as scheduled on 24 December 2021.’

 According to UNSMIL report the participants said they shared the steps needed to achieve constitutional and legal framework before July 1st, and stressed the need to improve the living conditions of the Libyan people and the need to foster national reconciliation to achieve lasting peace and stability.

 Mr. zenenga will continue the engagement with other interlocutors in the coming days, UNSMIL said.

Vision and purpose:

It is an integrated (TV) programme/ Show that aims to support young women and men to venture into the political sphere, encourage them as parliamentary candidates for the upcoming elections, and tear down the barrier of fear of participating in public life.

Courses available for everyone:

In the first phase and after filling out the referendum, through which the participant expresses his/her desire to acquire the ABCs of parliamentary work, he/she becomes able to attend the initial lessons via the zoom application.

In each video, a special instructor + presenter explain the general principles of competence using a screen for 35 minutes. The recorded video is broadcast live  live on the Show's official page, followed by an interactive meeting, live discussion and  question session with the presenter for an hour.
Number of Courses: 
20 specialized courses that are divided into two tracks: the legal knowledge as well as the communication and leadership development.

Qualification  Phase: 
Based on this training, the work team evaluates the participants and accepts 80 of them from various quarters, taking into account gender equality, so as to participate in a TV programme that will be broadcasted on WTV channel and Tabadul Platform.
