Ben Shrada to our source: “The House of Representatives and the Supreme Council have exhausted all their resources to provide for the Libyan people, and their lack of agreement resulted in the suspension of today’s session”

A member of the Advisory Council of the Supreme State, Saad Ben Shrada, told our source today, Sunday, that the session of the Supreme Council was suspended due to incompatibility with the House of Representatives, who have been in conflict for more than 7 years, explaining that “I do not think that the House of Representatives and Council have anything to offer to the Libyan people”, as he thinks they have exhausted all their resources.
Ben Shrada stressed that it is better to go to Article 64 of the political dialogue, to form a dialogue committee and extract a unity government to supervise the elections, Additionally, the dialogue committee should establish a constitutional basis for the elections in the future. There is no other solution besides this committee.
Ben Shrada explained that the session will resume tomorrow, Monday, and he does not believe that anything will come out of it or that there will be a vote, according to his statement.
