Al-Ruyati reveals that NCB didn’t implement the ruling of the South Benghazi Court of First Instance

One of the employees of the National Commercial Bank, Abdel-Moneim Al-Ruyati, revealed exclusively that the South Benghazi Court of First Instance had issued a ruling to cancel the decision to stop him from work, with the payment of his full salary and obligating the NCB to pay an amount of 2000 dinars in compensation for material and moral damages, noting that his suspension was sudden and there were no reasons.
Al-Ruyati also confirmed that the NCB, managed by Misbah Al-Akari, has not implemented, according to what he said, this ruling so far.
