Al-Mijna confirms that Lifeco Urea Plant operates the second ammonia and second urea plants, with a production capacity of 80% for each factory
A member of the Board of Directors of the National Oil Corporation, Masoud Al-Mijna, confirmed that Lifeco Urea Plant has operated the second ammonia and second urea plants with a production capacity of 80% for each factory, and the daily production of urea has reached about 1,400 tons, and ammonia is about 800 tons per day. In the coming days, the first ammonia factory is expected to start operating.
This operation comes after a long pause due to force majeure on the oil ports, within the framework of the efforts of the Board of Directors of the National Oil Corporation in the return of petrochemical products, especially urea, due to its importance in the field of agriculture, especially since the plowing season is at the door to achieve the state’s goals in achieving food security.
