The head of the Supreme Council of State, Khaled Al-Mashri, said that changing all sovereign positions is inevitable and irreversible, referring to his agreement with the Speaker of the House of Representatives, Aguila Saleh, that the two Councils will initiate the procedures for changing the sovereign positions, foremost of which is the position of the Governor of the Central Bank of Libya.
Al-Mashri added, in statements to Al-Hadath channel yesterday, Saturday, that the Governor of the Central Bank, Seddiq Al-Kabeer, has eleven years in his position. If he is a good person, then the country has benefited from him throughout this period, and if he is not a good person, 11 years are enough for him, stressing that they are going to change all the sovereign positions in Libya.
