Al-Kabeer submits a complaint to the Attorney General accusing Abdul Jalil of slander by not disbursing the amounts allocated to oncology patients in Benghazi Hospital

The Governor of the Bank of Libya, Seddiq Al-Kabeer, submitted a complaint to the Attorney General on Tuesday, against the Minister of Health of the Libyan government, Osman Abdul-Jalil, regarding his slander that the Central Bank did not disburse the amounts allocated to oncology patients in Benghazi Hospital, and that the Central Bank was the reason for delaying the banking procedures related to opening the documentary credit of the Ministry of Health.

Al-Kabeer explained that these allegations include a number of lies and misleading news, and attack him as the governor of the Central Bank of Libya and distort public opinion, in addition to that it is considered a crime of defamation.

This came after the statement issued by the Head of the Woman and Child Affairs Committee in the House of Representatives, Intisar Shnib, regarding the death of 9 children with oncology patients in the city of Benghazi.
