Today, Friday, the Governor of the Central Bank of Libya, Seddiq Al-Kabeer, held a meeting with the Ambassador of the United States of America to Libya, Richard Norland, at the headquarters of the American Embassy in Tunis.
During the meeting, they discussed increasing disclosure rates to reach the highest levels of transparency, compliance with international standards, and enhancing monetary and financial stability.
For his part, Al-Kabeer affirmed the Central Bank’s commitment to international initiatives and practices to enhance the integrity and transparency of public spending.
The US ambassador also commended the efforts of the Central Bank in raising disclosure and transparency rates.
