Al-Kabeer discusses with the governors of the central banks the repercussions of global financial conditions on inflation rates and the rise of commodity prices

The Governor of the Central Bank of Libya, Seddiq Al-Kabeer, held a video conference today, Thursday, with central bank governors, within the Spring Meetings of the International Monetary Fund and the World Bank for 2022, with the participation of a number of Arab and African central bank governors.

During the meeting, central banks governors discussed the most important challenges faced by central banks and monetary policies in light of global financial conditions and their repercussions on inflation rates and the rise in commodity prices, and the measures that central banks can take to adapt to these circumstances.
