The Minister of Economy, Mohammed Al-Huwaij issued a decision banning all tools for practicing economic activity that obtained the banking code (CBL), in order to make any change or modification in the ownership structures of their capital, and whether through the entry or exit of partners or shareholders, except after the approval of the Central Bank of Libya.
