A National Commercial Bank official said: The General Attorney suspends the previous board of directors and demands the formation of a committee to limit the actions

An official in the National Commercial Bank said exclusively that the General Attorney suspended the previous board of directors of the National Commercial Bank headed by Abdul Wahab Mukhtar and impersonated the general manager Salem Faraj for their violations and abuses pursued by the board of directors.

According to the official, he stopped them from impersonating the legal representation of the bank according to his description, with his request to assign a committee to undertake the task of listing the actions carried out by Salem Faraj and his predecessor Jalal Al-Sadi from the date of the issuance of the state order.

He also ordered the Public Prosecutor to comply with the judicial orders immediately so that the order does not deviate from the measures authorized by the Central Bank of Libya when the investigation authority is forced to deal with the matter judicially.

According to the official , the impartial Libyan judiciary has resolved the issue that has been in circulation for more than one year and has proven the impartiality of the law and raised it.
