Al-Huwaij discusses the mechanism of resuming the work of Japanese companies in Libya

The Minister of Economy and Trade in the Government of National Unity, Mohamed Al-Huwaij, discussed with the Chargé d’Affairs of the Japanese Embassy in the State of Libya, Masaki, the mechanism of resuming the work of Japanese companies in the State of Libya, and encouraging the work of the Embassy of Japan from its headquarters in the capital, Tripoli.

Al-Huwaij affirmed that all necessary facilities are provided for companies and foreign investors to work in all regions and implement investment projects in the sectors of economy, industry, oil, gas and solar energy, agreeing with the other side to prepare a memorandum of understanding that includes the establishment of the Libyan-Japanese Businessmen Council, increasing the volume and diversifying investments, exchanging experiences and implementing programs of training in the small and medium enterprises sector.
