Shakshak writes to Brega Petroleum Marketing Company about the need to take measures to prevent the phenomenon of fuel smuggling

The President of the Audit Bureau, Tripoli, sent a letter to the Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Brega Petroleum Marketing Company.

It includes the need for it to carry out a package of measures related to its competencies and within its responsibilities to prevent the phenomenon of fuel smuggling, because of its great repercussions on the state budget and the citizens, and the necessity to start implementing them, the most important of which is the restructuring of the movement of fuel distribution and the installation of an electronic system to track the movement of supply, transportation and distribution.

The letter also included the necessity for the state to establish comprehensive and final solutions through a comparison between the various alternatives that ensure that the citizen obtains fuel to meet his daily needs.
